Soccer Programme

The English and sport team has developed a programme that identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each player with the objective of improving those abilities in a fun and ability related environment. All of our coaches are Football Association qualified.

After a brief introduction to the football programme, all participants will be assessed by way of small-sided games, then placed in appropriate groups (size, age and current standard) and will be eased into a week that includes technical drills always in a real match situation, mini situational games, general skills, positional skills, soccer focused strength and conditioning and of course proper nutritional advice.
